We are privileged to work closely with Dr Phillip Chang, an ENT surgeon with subspecialty expertise in complex ear surgery and hearing implant procedures. With a focus on both adult and paediatric cases, Dr Chang is one of Australia’s most experienced cochlear implant surgeons and a leader in acoustic neuroma and skull base surgery.

Dr Chang is the founding surgeon of Hearing Implants Australia and the Director of the Cochlear Implant Program at Sydney Children’s Hospital. He is passionate about improving access to high-quality ear and hearing implant surgery across Australia, and has played a pivotal role in advancing surgical outcomes for patients with severe hearing loss.

Beyond his clinical work, Dr Chang is actively involved in surgical education, training international surgeons and contributing to the global advancement of ear surgery and hearing implants. We are proud to partner with Dr Santiago Draghi, an Australian-Argentinian ENT and Head and Neck Surgeon with subspecialty expertise in otology, neuro-otology, skull base surgery, and paediatric ENT. Dr Draghi brings international training and a strong commitment to accessible, high-quality care across both public and private health systems.

He completed his foundational ENT training in Argentina and undertook advanced subspecialty training at prestigious centres including Garrahan’s Paediatric Hospital in Buenos Aires, the House Clinic and Saint Vincent’s Hospital in Los Angeles, and Monash Health in Melbourne. His training in both paediatric and adult care positions him uniquely to serve a wide range of patients requiring ear, hearing, and skull base procedures.

Since 2016, Dr Draghi has worked across Australia in both metropolitan and regional areas including Launceston, Toowoomba, and Melbourne. These experiences have deepened his understanding of population needs and broadened his expertise in general ENT and head and neck surgery.

Dr Draghi now consults in Sydney at Saint Vincent’s Clinic and Norwest Medical Centre, working closely alongside Dr Phillip Chang. He holds admitting rights at St Luke’s Hospital, Norwest Private, Mater Hospital, and Hunter Valley Private Hospital.

We are proud to work with Dr June Huang, a highly skilled and compassionate ENT specialist surgeon with subspecialty training in ear disorders and a special interest in paediatric ENT. Dr Huang manages a wide range of conditions affecting both children and adults, delivering expert care with a gentle, patient-focused approach.

Australian-trained and internationally educated, Dr Huang completed her medical degree at the University of Manchester in the UK before relocating to Sydney, where she undertook ENT training at major hospitals across metropolitan and regional centres including Newcastle, Wollongong, and Canberra. She then pursued advanced fellowship training in Otology at St Vincent’s Hospital, further strengthening her expertise in complex ear surgery.

Dr Huang currently holds appointments as a Visiting Medical Officer at St George Hospital and Sutherland Hospital, and operates at several private hospitals across Sydney. Her warm manner and calm presence make her especially sought after by families with young children, while her meticulous care and breadth of knowledge continue to serve patients of all ages.

She is actively involved in teaching and mentoring through her work with universities and the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, ensuring she remains at the forefront of ENT innovation while supporting the next generation of doctors and surgeons.
