Our director, Mo Helou, holds a Bachelor of Medical Science from Western Sydney University and a Master of Clinical Audiology from Macquarie University. Mo works alongside Neurologists and ENTs to ensure the utmost patient care and practice.

As a member of Audiology Australia, Mo is clinically certified to perform various audiological diagnoses, including vestibular diagnosis, tinnitus management and treatment, diagnostic hearing assessments, adult rehab (hearing loss management), and earwax management.

At Mobile Earwax Specialist, Mo has expanded his services to reach more people in need in the community. With a certification in advanced cerumen management, Mo is driven to increase awareness for earwax impaction and provide effective management and treatment options.
