I had a consultation with Olivia Andree and had an excellent experience. She did a stellar job assessing my hearing levels and carrying out thorough diagnostic testing to investigate the possible cause of my tinnitus, which was rhythmic and in sync with my heartbeat.

Olivia was professional, attentive, and very thorough throughout the consultation. She took the time to carefully assess my symptoms and explain the process, which made me feel well looked after.

I also had a very positive experience with the administration team. When I contacted them about obtaining my diagnostic report a few months after my consultation, they responded quickly and were very kind and helpful throughout the process.
